What is meal support?
Meal support provides emotional support when working towards behavior change in nutrition therapy. Behaviors such as omitting foods on the meal plan, mindless eating, slow or very fast paced eating can all be redirected during meal support. Any behavior that can sabotage disordered eating recovery.

- Have a food challenge that you need support with
- Just feel like having company when eating your lunch or snack
- Want to work on meal completion
- Have meal time eating behaviors that need to be challenged
