To get started with nutrition counseling, just give our office a call. We are happy to address any of your questions or concerns. We will also schedule your initial session if you are ready to get started.
Attend your initial session
Before your initial session, you will complete some paperwork to help us learn more about your health concerns. During the session, we will discuss your concerns and start to develop a plan that will address your needs.
Schedule a follow up session
After your initial session, we will determine a treatment plan and the frequency of your follow up sessions. During these follow up sessions we will check in to see what is and isn’t working and how to move forward.

Where is your office located?
Sessions can either be in person or virtual via a HIPAA-compliant telehealth service.
Do you take insurance?
We accept some plans from Blue Cross Blue Shield and United Oxford. Please call our office to learn more.
Will I see the same provider each visit?
Yes, you will see the same provider for each visit.
What are your hours?
Each provider has a different availability but in general Monday-Thursday 9 AM - 8 PM EST and Friday 9 AM - 2 PM EST. There are limited virtual sessions available on Sundays.
